Factors that determine the quality of pigment carbon black:

2. The stability of the production process conditions is directly related to the product quality of pigment carbon black.
(1) The temperature and flow rate of the combustion air flow depend on the flow rate of fuel oil and air entering the combustion section of the reactor and its preheating temperature. The higher the temperature of the combustion gas stream, the faster the flow rate, the faster the gasification and cracking of the raw oil, the smaller the particle size of the generated carbon black, and the more uniform the distribution, which is good for the product and the yield.
(2) Atomization and gasification of raw oil, the atomization of raw oil depends on the temperature, pressure and viscosity of the raw oil entering the oil furnace, the structure of the oil nozzle and the properties, flow, pressure and temperature of the atomization carrier, combustion The temperature and flow rate of the gas stream, and the position where the feedstock oil is injected into the reactor, etc.
(3) Reaction temperature and residence time. After the raw material oil is atomized and vaporized, the higher the pyrolysis reaction temperature, the shorter the residence time, the smaller the particle size and agglomerate of the generated pigment carbon black, and the more uniform the distribution of pigment carbon black particles. Therefore, when the pigment carbon black with smaller particle size is produced, the reaction temperature is higher and the residence time is shorter. In contrast, when producing larger particle size pigmentary carbon blacks, the reaction temperature is lower and the residence time is longer.
(4) Additives and their added amounts. The structure of ink carbon black depends on the concentration and collision speed of the nuclei of pigment carbon black generated in the reaction furnace. the higher.
