Production process and main uses of channel carbon black
Because the raw material of channel carbon black mainly uses natural gas with methane as the main component, it is also called natural gas channel black or gas channel black.
Channel carbon black uses natural gas as the raw material, through thousands of porcelain burners, incomplete combustion with air in a naturally ventilated "fire room" to form a fishtail-shaped diffusion flame, the reduction layer and the slow reciprocating motion. The channel steels are in contact with each other, so that the carbon black generated by the cracking is deposited on the surface of the channel steel, and the carbon black is scraped off by the scraper set on the funnel, falling into the funnel, and then output and granulated by a screw conveyor as a product.
Channel carbon black is mainly used for carbon black varieties that come into contact with food, and is also used in large tires and off-road tire tread compounds based on natural rubber or isoprene rubber, as well as other rubber products that require high elongation performance. Can also be used as coloring ink, paint, plastic. Channel carbon black has a strong ability to adsorb accelerators in the rubber compound and has the effect of delaying vulcanization.
Low-sulfur carbon black is a kind of carbon black product with extremely high purity, which is produced by cracking and burning natural gas as the raw material in the furnace cavity. Due to the limitation of the application range, the generally produced and controlled particle size is relatively large. This product is used in products requiring high purity such as carbon alloys. It can also be used in medicine, high-tech building materials and other products.
