Carbon black conductive composite polyester PET fiber

① Preparation of conductive polymer

PET polyethylene glycol→copolyester→carbon black added to twin-screw mixer→slicing→vacuum drying→solid phase polymerization→cooling→conductive polymer

②Spinning process of composite conductive fiber

PET chips → conductive polymer added to twin-screw composite spinning machine → spinning box → composite spinning assembly → cooling and forming - oiling → winding → stretching → shaping → inspection → packing

The resistivity of the conductive fibers produced by this method is 105~107Ω·cm. Although the addition of carbon black can produce chemical fibers with excellent electrical conductivity, the fibers are dark in color, mostly black, gray or off-white, which limits the application of fibers in some fields.

Blackened conductive composite polyester PT (polytrimethylene terephthalate) fiber

Japanese patent has reported a manufacturing method of high-efficiency conductive fiber, the mass ratio: 5~8 parts of conductive flame black masterbatch, 92~95 parts of PPT polyester powder. Among them, the proportion of conductive masterbatch: coupling agent CT-928, 1%~6%; antioxidants are compounded with 1010 and DLTP, both of which account for the same proportion, each 0.5%~2%; dispersing agent is poly Vinyl alcohol 2000, 5%~20%; magnesium stearate, 1%~5%.

The above conductive masterbatch mass ratios are all carbon black mass percentages. Preparation method: use conductive carbon black as a conductive component through coating and dispersion treatment to make it uniformly dispersed in carrier polyester, mix and extrude through high-speed stirring to make masterbatch, and then use twin-screw for composite spinning, spinning into conductive fibers with special effects. The conductive powder has good dispersibility in the carrier polyester, so it has good spinnability, increases the spinning speed and reduces the manufacturing cost.
