Specialty Carbon Black

Special carbon black can endow carbon blacks with special performance requirements. Carbon black has a wide range of uses, in addition to rubber products, there are other uses, so it is divided into two types of rubber carbon black and special carbon black. Specialty carbon black can be obtained by post-processing disposable carbon black. The post-treatment mostly uses mechanical grinding, chemical gas and liquid surface oxidation treatment. Oxidizers include nitrogen dioxide, ozone, oxygen, air and nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, potassium permanganate, hypochlorous acid, etc., which can change the properties of the original carbon black to meet different requirements. Special carbon black is used for coloring, conductive materials, such as paint, ink, resin, black film, toner, film, magnetic tape, optical disk, etc.
